Responsibility for the travel & tourism services provided to the customers
Tour operating charters groups & individual
contacting tour operators local & overseas by phone and internet.
following up and handle client's needs and inquiries on a day to day basis
prepare and revise client's invoices
Act as a liaison between client, all company branches & hotels
filling & doing all paper work
Perfect knowledge of Microsoft windows, word, excel, outlook and the internet {web site browsing, searching and e-mail handling}
